House Rules & Policies

Please read these carefully before booking your stay with us.

• Check-in & Check-out Check-in from 14:00. Check-out until 12:00. Express check-in/out is available.
• Tourist Tax (Foreign Guests) A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This is paid at check-in and is not included in the room rate shown on this site.
• Payment Methods We are a cashless property. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and UnionPay. Cash is not accepted.
• Age Requirements & Children Minimum check-in age is 18. Children over 7 years old are welcome. No cots or extra beds are available.
• Pets Pets are not allowed.
• Cancellations & Changes Need to cancel or change your dates? Just message us on WhatsApp — no fees, no forms. Specific cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate and will be confirmed when you book.
• Facilities Free WiFi, non-smoking rooms, air conditioning, luggage storage, and daily housekeeping. Please note: there is no parking available on-site.
